LOADTRONIC 3E - Excavator Scale - the dynamic weighing system for mono boom excavators

The weighing system is based on the LOADTRONIC wheel loader scale which has been on the market for more than 20 years.

LOADTRONIC 3E is a dynamic weighing system; the material in the bucket is weighed as the operator lifts the boom for delivery to e.g. a truck.
The main unit presents the weight of material currently in the bucket, and also the running total weight of material delivered to the truck.
When the operator has completed a delivery, the truck driver can get a receipt if a printer is installed, or by SMS message (optionally);
the truck driver knows the weight of his truck and can easily avoid overload when driving his goods.
The weighing system is very useful both to customer and company as the system keeps track of delivered material to each truck and all the excavator operations which can optimize maintenance of the machine.
Lists of customers, materials, trucks, location as well load lists can be transferred to the office PC using a USB memory stick or a wireless connection.
The files can be viewed and edited in e.g. MS Excel or Notepad.
LOADTRONIC 3E has a backup and restore function for calibrated attachments, event logs, and lists of customers, material, trucks etc.
LOADTRONIC 3E can optionally be delivered together with a printer, PC-Link display program and an SMS application.
LOADTRONIC 3 PC-Link is a display program for transferring data between an office PC and one or several LOADTONIC 3/3E systems.
Database lists can be maintained in an office PC, and lists and calibration data can be transferred for backup.
Office files can be transferred back to LOADTRONIC 3/3E systems on a regular basis.
An SMS load receipt can be sent to the office as soon as the load is delivered to the truck.
After a few seconds the information in the SMS message is displayed as a new line in a PC-Link SMS office program.

LOADTRONIC 3E er et dynamisk veiesystem for gravemaskiner; materialet i skuffen veies under normal løftesekvens. Vekten kan startes automatisk eller manuelt.
Materialvekten i skuffen og total masse for den åpne jobben blir vist på skjermen. Skjermen viser også antall skuffer som er levert.
Typiske bruksområder for vekten er opplasting til bil som skal på offentlig vei (unngå over- og underlast), sandbåter, gjenbruksstasjoner, opplasting i knuseverk osv.
All lassinformasjon lagres i hovedenheten og kan brukes til å lage kvitteringer og rapporter. Informasjonen kan også overføres til PC (via USB penn/SMS).
Databaser over kunder, materialtype osv kan overføres mellom kontor PC og LOADTRONIC 3E systemet (USB penn). Filene kan lese og endres i f.eks MS Office Excel eller Notepad.
LOADTRONIC 3E har funksjoner for backup og gjenoppretting av kalibreringsdata, hendelseslister, og databaser
SMS lasskvittering kan sendes til kontoret så snart materialet er levert. Etter få sekunder vil informasjonen bli vist som en ny linje i PC-Link SMS programmet. |
